(March 18, 2016)The Hamilton Hotel D.C.’s signature restaurant 14K invites guests to make their own history this Easter by visiting the historic D.C. hotel to enjoy celebratory brunch and dinner specials. The restaurant will offer a holiday brunch highlighting ultimate Bloody Mary and endless Champagne bars and a three-course dinner menu on Sunday, March 27.

The bountiful brunch menu will be offered from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and is priced at $49.99 per person and $22.99 per child, excluding tax and gratuity. The special menu includes:

Starters:

  • Assortment of seasonal salads
  • Seasonal fresh fruit display
  • Charcuterie and artisan cheese board
  • Fresh assorted dinner rolls
  • Danishes

Soup:

  • Lobster Bisque

Seafood:

  • Boiled Shrimp served with horseradish and cocktail sauces
  • Lemon Smoked Salmon with condiments

Hot Items:

  • Red bliss mashed potatoes
  • Wild rice pilaf
  • Augratin potatoes
  • Garlicky broccoli raab
  • Roasted seasonal vegetables
  • Pan Seared Salmon with smoked tomato beurre blanc
  • Roasted Chicken Breast with creamed goat cheese-mushroom sauce
  • Grilled tenderloin with lingonberry bordelaise

Carving Station:

  • Prime Rib with horseradish crème and au jus
  • Brown Sugared Ham with spicy mustard
  • Omelet station

Dessert:

  • Assortment of seasonal pies, cakes and pastries

Kid’s Station:

  • Waffles
  • Mac & Cheese

Build Your Own “Ultimate” Bloody Mary Bar, priced at $9 each:

  • Garnishes including, Bloody Mary vodka, vegetables, herbs, pickled vegetables, meats, juices, seasoning and spices, sauces, cheeses, seafood and stuffed olives

Endless Champagne Bar, priced at $15:

  • 14K’s mixologist’s Champagne concoctions including, 14K, Hamilton, Mimosa, Champagne Cobblers, Bellini, Nelson, Champagne Julep, Champagne Mojitos, Black Velvet, Barbotage, Champagne Punch, Berry Champagne, Champagne and St. Germain and The Pearl

The three-course dinner menu will be offered from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. and is priced at $49.95 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. The menu includes choices of:

First Course:

  • Spinach and Arugula with cranberries, strawberries, candied walnuts and lemon maple vinaigrette
  • Lobster Bisque with lobster, red pepper and chive essence
  • Asparagus Salad with Parma ham, Manchego cheese, quince dressing and pan fried egg

Entrée:

  • Pan Seared Atlantic Salmon with wild rice, pea shoot salad and smoked tomato buerre blanc
  • Brandy Brine Pork Chop with potato gratin, garlicky broccoli raab and lingonberry bordelaise
  • Roasted Airline Chicken Breast with polenta cake, spinach, tomato and saffron-fennel sauce
  • Prime Rib with roasted red bliss potatoes, asparagus and Au Jus

Dessert:

  • Skillet Cookie with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce
  • NY Style Turtle Cheesecake with raspberry coulis
  • Pecan Tart with caramel and cinnamon crème
